Pre-treatment includes degreasing, pickling, surface conditioning, phosphating and other main processes. Electro-ice coating involves immersing a metal workpiece in an electrophoretic coating solution as the cathode (or anode). After electrophoresis, the paint adhered to the surface of the workpiece is rinsed by ultrafiltration (UF) solution and returned to the electrophoresis tank. |
